Challenge
Liquorland needed a bold new brand campaign to stand out from the crowd this summer. With a packed trade calendar and a target audience already bombarded with holiday advertising, the challenge was to craft one overarching creative platform that would cut through by authentically connecting with Australian summer culture and unifying all retail messaging.
Solution
We launched ‘Score More This Summer’ a brand platform celebrating the small wins that make Aussie summers great. From the first BBQ snag of the season to backyard cricket victories, sunset drinks, and cracking deals, Liquorland helps Australians score more - whether that's through great value drinks, new and exclusive products, or even free tickets to the cricket.Leveraging Liquorland’s partnership with Cricket Australia, we brought on national treasure Pat Cummins as the face of the campaign. Known for being good at everything - nice, inspiring, and a world class sportsman - we asked Australia, “Maybe there are some things even Pat can’t do?” and for those moments, there’s Liquorland.
Supported by tactical Flybuys trade promotions in store, and rollout across broadcast, digital, and Cricket Australia integrations, the campaign connects culture with hard working value messaging to keep Liquorland top of mind all summer long.
